1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the lb33 platform — whether via the website at lb33.vu or our mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2 Member Eligibility

• You must choose to join this platform of your own free will, without any form of coercion.
• You are not on the self-exclusion list for any betting platform.
• You are not registering on behalf of a third party or any other entity — each account must represent a real individual.
• The personal information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and belong to you.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) lb33 account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts and the forfeiture of all funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, active mobile number, and valid bank account details for withdrawal purposes. lb33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly for withdrawal requests exceeding a specified amount.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own action. Submitting false documents or misleading information during the KYC process is a serious offence that may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Lb33 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to facilitate your deposits and withdrawals, including FPX, direct bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay.

Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. All deposits will be credited to your account promptly once payment has been successfully confirmed by the payment provider. lb33 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. lb33 strives to process all withdrawal requests in under 30 minutes for accounts that have completed full KYC verification. For accounts that have not been fully verified, processing times may be longer depending on the review process required.

Key withdrawal conditions:

• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x) before a withdrawal is permitted, in order to prevent bonus abuse and fraud.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• Lb33 reserves the right to place withdrawal requests on hold for security review and compliance purposes.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds from a bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirement will result in the cancellation of that bonus.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Lb33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special offers for selected sporting events. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in their respective promotion terms.

Wagering requirement: Most bonuses offered by lb33 come with wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirements will be stated in the terms of each promotion.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the lb33 platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all your betting selections prior to final confirmation.

Sports betting: Displayed odds are subject to change until your wager is confirmed. Where displayed odds are clearly the result of a technical error (e.g., odds significantly lower or higher than market rates), lb33 reserves the right to void the wager and refund the funds to the player's account.

Casino betting: All lb33 casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by an independent auditing body. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party. Winnings are automatically credited to your account after each game.

Live (in-play) betting: During live betting, results are final and cannot be amended once the betting period has closed. Any technical issue during live betting that creates uncertainty over the outcome will be resolved at lb33's discretion based on data available at the time of the incident.

7 Prohibited Activities

The lb33 platform is intended for legitimate entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action:

• Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit technical errors on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the lb33 platform to process or conceal funds derived from illegal sources.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using scripts, bots, third-party software, or any automated method to interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or poker.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether directly or through another individual.
• Bonus abuse: Making repeated deposits and withdrawals solely to exploit bonuses with no genuine intention to play.

8 Account Termination

Termination by lb33: lb33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You have violated any of the terms set out in this document.

• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
